My name is Adlene,and I'm algerian web programmer based in North Carolina USA.
I'm glad to be here today and it's a pleasure and honor to be part of this association.
a fact that i know algeria is one of the worst countries in the Information Technology field in arab world not mentioning other countries around the glob. It's a real shame to us we don't even have a algerian web portal neither we have a college for IT and web programming.
and yeah we have a ministry of technology !!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm real mad as hell , other countries are growing fast in this field and we are going down and down can we catch up egypt or jordan ? they are thousand years ahead of us in this field and again not mentioning countries like india or united states wish are hundred thousand years ahead.
I'm sorry but it is really making my heart cry over our country , when will they realize the world is living a new revolution called Information Technology ??
are they making plans for the future for this country ? or they still in deep sleep while others are growing fast and revolutioning their countries with the latest technologies.

the god always with persons who works and try every times for improving theirs life?

You are in USA, the father of computer science, sure best
then us, but please let us to benefiting from your expertise in information technologies,

it may be very helpfull to growing the computer sceince in algeria.
